We provide callers with unbiased, factual information about abortion in English, Spanish, and French. We receive thousands of calls a week from women, their partners, families and friends. The Hotline offers:

The NAF Hotline was established in 1979 to help women access unbiased information, enabling them to make the choices that are right for them. Through the Hotline, women can also access NAF member providers and clinics who offer safe, high-quality abortion services.
The Rachel Falls Patient Assistance Fund helps women who call the NAF Hotline who would otherwise not be able to afford the abortion care they need. This fund honors the many contributions former Hotline Director Rachel Falls made to the NAF Hotline and to the reproductive justice movement.
